About me

Hello, I'm Patricia. Starting therapy takes courage, and finding the right person to talk to matters. I offer a caring therapeutic environment where we work side by side — I'm not here to judge or direct your life, but to walk alongside you as an ally while you make sense of what you're living through.

Together we'll pay attention to your whole story: your relationships, your family, the cultures you carry with you, and the strengths you may not yet see in yourself. Whatever brings you here, you deserve to be met with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

How I can help

Every person arrives with their own story. These are some of the experiences people bring to our sessions:

Life transitions

New chapters — a new job, a move, a breakup, becoming a parent, an empty nest — can shake even our steadiest ground. If change has left you feeling unmoored, therapy can be a place to steady yourself and decide who you want to be on the other side.

Grief and loss

Losing someone or something dear can leave us searching for words. Whether your loss is recent or long ago, we can make room for your grief — honoring what you've lost while slowly rediscovering what still gives your life meaning.

Relationship concerns

Our closest bonds shape us deeply. Whether you're navigating conflict, distance, family expectations, or a relationship that no longer feels like itself, we can explore the patterns at play and what you need for connection that feels honest and sustaining.

Immigration-related stress and identity

Leaving the familiar behind — whether by choice or necessity — carries its own weight: homesickness, pressure to succeed, questions of belonging, or living between languages and cultures. You don't have to carry it alone, or explain what “home” means before we begin.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centered on your lived experience. Together, we explore how your experiences, relationships, culture, and the meanings you give them influence how you see yourself and navigate challenges.

I help you recognize your strengths, question beliefs that may be holding you back, and explore new possibilities. I strive to create a caring space where you feel heard and supported, with me as your ally as you move toward meaningful change.

I pay close attention to relationships, family dynamics, and cultural context, because none of our stories unfold in a vacuum.
